s The Physiotherapist will work with children with diverse needs to assess physical abilities, design individualized therapy plans, and implement evidence-based interventions that promote mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence
. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, providing regular physiotherapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with special educators, occupational therapists, caregivers, and families to align therapy goals with educational plans. The role involves educating caregivers and staff on home-based exercises, safe handling techniques, and adaptive strategies to support children’s daily activities

s Candidates should possess strong skills in pediatric physiotherapy assessment and treatment planning, with experience in motor development, gait training, and neuromuscular rehabilitation.Candidates should possess skills in therapeutic exercise design, balance and coordination training, and use of assistive devices or adaptive equipment to enhance functional independence.Candidates should possess skills in documentation and progress monitoring, including maintaining accurate clinical records, reporting outcomes, and updating individualized therapy plans.Candidates should possess skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with educators, therapists, caregivers, and families to integrate physiotherapy goals into overall intervention programs.Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans in clear language, build trust with children and families, and show patience and empathy.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.Experience working with children with special needs, developmental delays, or neurodevelopmental conditions in an educational or clinical setting is highly beneficial.Knowledge of evidence-based pediatric rehabilitation, sensory integration principles, and inclusive education practices is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage a structured caseload, maintain professional ethics,
